"During the last three decades, I’ve been a licensed therapist, motivational speaker, writer, wellness coach, and clinical director. I’ve enjoyed these roles immensely and each one reflects an important part of who I am.
Over the years, a deep wisdom and passion has grown within me that supports clients in reaching their goals at a new level. So many therapies and methods are limited or ineffective, in their ability to create lasting change. They’re overly focused on “problems” or what’s wrong—but once the problem is solved, another pops up.
Instead of “fixing problems” I empower the individual where lasting change occurs. When you access your personal strengths and abilities, to apply toward your “problems,” you become a force. You can become a master of your life and change is inevitable. I’ve been at this over 20 years, and it’s an honor to help people access and utilize what truly works.”
