What is working with Page like?
When meeting with me, you'll find a warm, judgement-free space that puts you at ease. Together, we’ll unpack what’s happening so we can better understand and transform it. In a relatively short period of time, you’ll access hope, find answers, and achieve results. I'm not the quiet, nodding type who doesn't say much--I'm right there with you, working it all out, shoulder to shoulder. If I've done my job, your life will be better than before at every level.
Is it different from counseling?
Psychological counseling is often focused on childhood memories, subjective feelings, or reported problems. Through talking, it aims to create change and ‘fix’ what is happening. I don't just work to resolve symptoms or take care of surface-level stuff. I pay much more attention to you as a person within your current life context. Treating the whole person allows me to better activate your strengths, resources, and wisdom. Through proven methods, in-session exercises, and homework, we’ll develop your capacity to transform problems into power. Clients report feeling more equipped, alive, and capable, to transform complicated issues and enjoy lives they truly love.
Who is a candidate to work with Page?
If you have tried other methods or if you are tired of going round and round with the same problem, it may be time to give Page a try. Page brings a wealth of wisdom and sight, combined with the ability to ignite motivation. Ideal candidates are truly ready to change as opposed to wish for change. Because sessions are primarily video based, it’s extra helpful if candidates are able to be articulate and expressive as opposed to quiet or passive.

The individual session fee is $240. Sessions are usually held every 1-2 weeks. Sessions run 55 minutes as opposed to traditional 45 minute sessions. This fee includes emails and brief phone calls to support client work in-between sessions. If desired, Page provides super bills to be submitted for insurance reimbursement, which is dependent on the details of each particular health insurance policy.
