We invite you to join a small group of like-minded others, committed to integrating the power of what they believe to daily circumstances, relationships and decision-making.  Each group begins with a warm up, presents material for discussion and integration, and ends with a meditative practice.  Participants bring questions, share life experiences and take informed risks, within the support of a warm, consiousness-minded group.

CLASS DETAILS

• Meets on the 1st & 3rd Weds evenings, from 5:45-7:00pm PST, via ZOOM

• 6 month commitment (closed group) from September to February and/or March to August each year

• Optional, self led buddy groups are available to meet 1 time per month for deeper practice

• Cost- $85/month along with $85 non-refundable deposit that applies toward final month

Love Actually lectures are a virtual drop-in group for any individual, designed to support and inspire those looking to love more meaningfully in their most important relationships. For many, this refers to a significant other, but relationships with siblings, parents, children and colleagues all fall under the same spiritual laws. The group begins with a blessing, is followed by a lecture and open discussion, and concludes with an integrating meditation. We are composed of individuals seeking higher and deeper truths for their relationships, which includes couples together over thirty years, single parents, professionals, care-givers, those who are dating and those not yet in relationship. People are often surprised that over 1/3 of the group is single or attending without their partner. It is welcoming, warm and inspiring. Clients report:
